Performance Test Engineer

Regularly organizes discussions on culture of performance, working with engineers to identify pain points in performance testing and developer experience. Author prioritized lists of tasks to improve developer experience. Adding functionality to performance test harnesses and dashboards.

Updating third party tools used in test harnesses and refactoring code as necessary. Mentoring and onboarding new hires, providing the support they need to be successful. Regularly improving and updating documentation.
