- Worked 40h a week in Global Security Company and 20h a week in Next Generation at the same time, servicing clients in multiple locations, like Intercos Group, Refuah Health Medical Facility, Saint Thomson Aquanius College, Riverside Bank, Prada, Gucci, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Men's Wearhouse. Overnight shift included.
- Investigated and caught another security guard on camera making a deal with UPS driver. I reported the suspicious activity and followed the Who-When-Why and How procedure.
- Managed to de-escalate the grievance of a patient by talking to the patient and keeping the patient calm till help arrived. Then filed an Observant Report.
- Greatly reduced stealing activity by conducting diligent observation and being proactive
- Controlled the traffic of the customers, allowing a limited number of people in the Prada store. One time the store was closed, and I had to talk to an impatient customer who confronted me for not letting him in. I followed the procedure and reported the situation to management who then talked to the customer and de-escalated the situation.
- De-escalated a fight that broke-out between students. I called back-up promptly and we de-escalated as a team.
- Investigated and found a purse reported lost by a customer by checking the cameras.
