Hi, my name is Kristen. I'm passionate about life and people. I enjoy helping people smile and living life to the fullest. My biggest goal is to add value wherever I am - whatever I do.
Been in the service industry for about 3 years and retail about 5 years. Was a homemaker for 2 years. I have a variety of talents and skills. I'm currently passionate about the fitness industry and working to create my own fitness brand while pursuing personal training. My ultimate goal is to become a life coach and use that to help people everywhere. I'm currently working on multiple certifications to become the best I can be.
Successfully obtained my GED and an AA in Social and Behavioral Science. I currently have no further plans to pursue my academic career at this time while I focus on my personal training certifications.
