Sales has always come natural to me : I can easily recognize a client's needs and understand how to fulfill them. Uncovering and working towards an outcome that is mutually beneficial for everyone in the sales process has always been my favorite part of sales.
I am passionate about the relationships that get formed and working with clients for the long term. This allows us to build a foundation and know that there are some give and take moments in each interaction, but at the end of the day, we are all working towards a common goal.
Overseeing 3 large territories, I built relationships with 320 theatres and collaborated with 30-45 clients on a daily basis. I strategized on and advocated for mid-west territory, ensuring allotment of coverage, strengthening the bridge between regional theatre owners and studios, and assigning the theatre marketing team to create promotions/events for films.
Building 5-8 new relationships annually, I set expectations and learned new territory culture and demographics in addition to performing extensive market research and negotiating film terms with large theatres that benefit both studios and theatres. I also monitored theatres’ financial statements and collected money due to theatres from studios monthly and quarterly.
