I am a RN committed to the quality care of patients. I have been a RN for 9 years. I am a nurse manager which means I like to lead others, but I lead by example. I still like getting out and taking care of patients at the bedside as well as administrative duties. quality improvement is what I am passionate about. I love to be involved in anything that helps takes better care of the patient.

I have bedside experience to include nursing home care, medical surgical, orthopedics, but my most recent is surgical services where I am a clinical manager over PACU and ENDO.

I have an ASN but want to pursue my BSN
