As the founding Facility Administrator of Grayson County SOAR Academy–JJAEP, I launched and led the county’s first JJAEP program from the ground up, blending visionary structure with trauma-informed, restorative practices. I’m certified in TBRI® and trained in Restorative Practices, with a proven record in team development, crisis response, and community engagement.
