I am a recent graduate from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, recognized with Research Distinction and consistent placement on the Dean's List. My academic background is complemented by hands-on research in food safety, including work on antimicrobial interventions for fresh produce, as well as industry experience through a production and quality internship at Nestlé India. I am passionate about advancing food systems that are safe, sustainable, and nutritionally sound, and bring a diverse skill set in food processing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
I am currently authorized to work in the U.S. under OPT and am available to begin employment next month.

University, I worked as an undergraduate researcher in Dr. Hua Wang’s lab, focusing on evaluating sanitizer efficacy against antibiotic-resistant bacteria on fresh produce using molecular techniques like PCR and Sanger sequencing. I also completed a production and quality internship at Nestlé India, where I contributed to process optimization, predictive maintenance, and digital data monitoring in a high-volume baby formula facility.
Additionally, I gained experience in product development through a competition focused on nutritious snacks for children, and have demonstrated leadership through roles in student organizations promoting sustainability in food systems.
I recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology. My coursework and hands-on experiences provided a strong foundation in food safety, quality assurance, and processing technologies.
