Launched AWS Direct Account Transfer at re:Invent 2025 - A new capability enabling millions of AWS accounts to move securely between Organizations without any manual effort.
Led and mentored multiple engineers and partnered with PMs, Frontend, Docs, Security, QA, and Billing teams to deliver the IAM + Orgs state-transition engine. Drove full Operational Readiness and coordinated launch to ensure GA rollout across all commercial and government regions.
o Launched AWS Transfer Responsibility at re:Invent 2025 - Designed systems and APIs enabling an external billing admin (enterprise or AWS Partner) to centrally manage billing for accounts across Organizations, fixing the long-standing pain of fragmented, multi-Org billing workflows for hundreds of thousands of customers.
o Delivered a major Database Migration moving >500k Organizations from internal SQL storage to DynamoDB with zero downtime, significantly improving scalability and performance by removing long-standing scale limits and enabling support for future large-scale AWS Organizations features.
