I’m a residential construction professional with over 25 years of experience in custom homes, remodels, and high-end residential work, including more than 10 years in project management and field leadership. I’ve managed projects from planning through completion, coordinating subcontractors, working closely with architects and designers, and maintaining quality, schedule, and client expectations throughout the process. I also have prior experience working in Santa Fe and am currently relocating back to the area.
I’m looking to contribute in a Superintendent, Project Manager, or related construction management role where I can bring both hands-on field knowledge and strong project oversight.
My background in construction spans a wide range of hands-on and technical experience, beginning with swimming pool construction, where I developed a foundation in forming and structural concrete work. I later trained in luthiery, which sharpened my attention to detail and craftsmanship, and went on to work in architectural millwork producing historically accurate, high-precision woodwork. I also spent time as a lineman with BellSouth, receiving training in electrical systems and low-voltage infrastructure.
I ultimately brought this diverse experience back into residential construction, where I’ve spent the past decade managing projects and overseeing custom homes and high-end remodels. This background gives me a well-rounded understanding of construction from both a technical and field leadership perspective.
Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery — Certificate, Guitar Design & Construction
Additional training and experience gained through hands-on work across residential construction, including project management, electrical systems, and high-end finish work.
