Kyle Tourtellott

I have been a project manager for the last 6+ years. I have been setting and executing schedules and milestones, as well as handling the administrative tasks with budgets ranging from 1 million dollars to 10 million dollars. Currently working on a project that is over 100 million dollars.

I have a massive affinity for baseball and football which has aided me well in team settings. With a degree in communications I work well with different software systems and have been working in MS Office for the entirety of my career. I utilize verbal and written communications daily and also interpersonal communication skills when dealing with external and internal stakeholders.

I have utilized attention to detail and critical reasoning skills to help work my way through projects.

• work with all stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure projects finish on time and under budget
• set milestones and ensure they are clearly communicated
• monitor budgets and track all transactions 

• work with customers on delivery schedules and ensuring all items for their installations handled correctly. 
• schedule installations with internal team 
• ensure production schedules and relay and delays or information to customers 

• Roll out project management software to company personnel, both office and on site 
• update schedules and budgets 
• upon project selection define all aspects of the project from budgets to milestones as well vetting and awarding subcontractors 
• manage all aspects of the projects administrative items, from coding invoices and receipts, to tracking vendor insurance 

Other than project management PED courses, I received a Bachelors in Communications from Aurora University in May of 2016
