Kyle Welsh

I'm a UI/UX designer with a background in behavioral psychology and proficiency with Figma. I believe there's no such thing as perfect, but we might as well strive for it anyway.

For the last few years I've been doing freelance design work for a wide variety of companies and clients - everything from fashion and shopping sites to podcast cover art to small business inventory applications. I'm proficient with Figma and familiar with several similar tools (and eager for the opportunity to learn to use new ones!). In previous roles I gained experience in building, organizing, and maintaining design systems, conducting user research, concept sketching, wireframing, and prototyping.

I graduated from San Jose State University in 2022 with a bachelors degree in psychology, with a focus on human behavior. I received the President's Scholar distinction for graduating in the top 8% of my class, summa cum laude with a 3.82 GPA.
