• Assisted, planed, organized and executed special events throughout the summer to promote value to the members for club participation and increase attendance in fee based programs 
• Conducted research and made recommendations regarding influencer marketing and social media strategy
• Participated in the casting, interviewing, and hiring of Kids Team Members
• Collaborated with a team of three others to market, promote, and sell all Kids programs throughout the club and in the community to increase participation
