I am an experienced program, systems, and learning operations professional with a strong background in project coordination, implementation support, documentation, training, customer support, and cross-functional communication. My work has often been the “connective tissue” between teams — helping organize requirements, track tasks, support launches, document processes, train users, and make sure people have what they need to move work forward. I have worked across education, healthcare, nonprofit, and association environments, and I am comfortable supporting fast-moving teams, managing details, and keeping projects organized from planning through post-launch follow-up.
I have supported and led implementation, training, documentation, and operations work across multiple organizations. At IEDC, I supported CRM and business process work tied to Cobalt/Microsoft Dynamics, created SOPs, built dashboards and tracking tools, supported training operations, and used tools such as monday.com, Airtable, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel to keep projects and stakeholders aligned.
Alliance, I supported the Bureau of Indian Education’s STEP/eLMS implementation, including project tracking, file organization, asset management, training support, stakeholder coordination, launch checklists, and post-launch surveys. At ResponsiveEd, I used Asana and Smartsheet extensively while supporting curriculum launches, implementation work, LMS/SIS projects, compliance tasks, and cross-functional coordination. I have also administered LMS and LXP systems at Acentra Health, managed learning catalogs, handled Jira tickets, supported go-live work, and created training and documentation for end users.
I hold a Master of Education in Education/Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies/Math from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. I also completed graduate-level certificates in Curriculum Administration and Educational Leadership from Henderson State University, along with additional graduate coursework in education. My professional training includes project management, product management, business administration, IT project management, data science training through Harvard, and ongoing training in systems, reporting, leadership, customer service, and process improvement.
