I’m a business owner, consultant, and team leader with a strong background in customer service, client relations, planning, and professional development. I enjoy helping people build new skills, explore opportunities, and find ways to create greater flexibility in their professional lives.
Through Blyss Journeys, I work with clients and a growing team of independent professionals across the United States. My role includes client consulting, training, team development, business growth, and supporting individuals as they learn the systems and skills needed to build their own client base.
I believe that success comes from consistency, communication, continued learning, and being willing to put in the work. I especially enjoy working with motivated individuals who are ready to learn something new and take ownership of their growth.
When I’m not working with my team, I’m usually planning my next adventure, researching new destinations, or continuing to expand my knowledge of the travel and hospitality industry.
My focus is simple: provide great service, keep learning, help others grow, and enjoy the journey along the way.
2021 – Present
Provide personalized planning and consulting services for clients seeking vacations, cruises, resorts, international travel, group experiences, and special-occasion getaways. Manage the client experience from the initial consultation through research, booking, payment coordination, documentation, and pre- and post-travel support.
In addition to working directly with clients, I lead and support a growing team of independent travel professionals. Responsibilities include training and onboarding new team members, providing ongoing coaching and resources, assisting with client-service and booking questions, developing training materials, and helping team members strengthen their business, marketing, and customer-service skills.
