I have been in maintenance for over 27 years.Manufacturing maintenance.Property maintenance.Facility Maintenance.Apartment community maintenance.I would like to join an organization with the same goals as mine.And the main goal is to do the best that i can .All the time and strive to do better.I have countless hour's of training in apartment and property maintenance.I love to deal with people.Friendly and upbeat is the answer.Very punctual.

My position consist of maintaining machines.Repairing during breakdown during production.Allso any repairs to building and any other facility owned by premio.Mostly machines.Conveyers.Belts.Labelers.Etc.I all so have a universal certification to work on air H.V.A.C. units.I spent years in apartment maintenance.Property maintenance and facilitys maintenance.set up and advise on all p.m. systems.Worked with outside contractors salesman and technicions.allso supervisory duty's of up to 8 employees of various departments.
