I am a recent college graduate who majored in biology looking to expand my horizons and gain relevant experience for a career in medicine or clinical research. My main interests are in the sciences, particularly biology and biochemistry, but I am always eager to learn more about anything I can, given the opportunity. With any position I find myself in while working, I aim to learn from those around me to improve my understanding of the task at hand and refine my skillset going forward.
In addition to what is on my resume, I thought it would be noteworthy to mention that I have also worked with disabled children giving swim lessons and am currently researching epilepsy in TSC under the non-profit organization TSC Alliance.
With respect to pre-clinical and pharmaceutical research, I have two years of experience. The bulk of this comes from my time at Psychogenics Inc., where I was involved with translational research on Alzheimer's disease, and the TSC Alliance, where I helped to facilitate drug development through literature research. In addition to these positions, I have experience with a variety of lab techniques from my time as a student researcher at Seton Hall.
I transferred from Drexel University to Seton Hall University after my freshman year of college. After three years at Seton Hall, I graduated with a B.S. degree in biology.
