• Clean, decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments, procedure trays, case carts, power equipment, specialty instruments, and utensils using washer-disinfectors, ultrasonic cleaners, dryers, and sterilization equipment in accordance with established policies, infection control standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Examine instrument sets and procedure trays for accuracy, functionality, completeness, and proper assembly prior to sterilization and distribution, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards.
