My experience in wine-focused hospitality environments has involved guiding guests through tastings, discussing grape varieties and wine regions, and creating engaging guest experiences. In addition, my work in retail and management has strengthened my skills in customer service, team collaboration, organization, and problem-solving.

I hold an MBA in Global Marketing from Management and Science University in Kuala Lumpur and a BA in Asian Studies with a concentration in Mandarin Chinese from Queens College, CUNY. My academic background reflects a strong interest in language, culture, and international communication, which continues to influence both my professional and personal interests.
