- Oversees team working to develop automation and AI initiatives within the digital operations team.
- Responsible for overseeing implementation of Business Advertiser Agreements (BAAs) for healthcare clients that are impacted by HIPAA.
- Manages vendor relations when onboarding new platforms or software.
- Responsible for overseeing development and design of a new internal reporting platform (SAAS product) for use by multiple local marketing groups across the country.
- Worked very closely with ops and sales leadership to ensure the final product would address the needs of both teams as well as clients.
- Overseeing data ingestion from multiple ad serving platforms into reporting platforms.
- Ensuring data integrity for all data within reporting platforms.
- Continuing to develop a project plan to upgrade the internal reporting platform to add enhanced functionality to allow for reporting and campaign tracking to be managed in a centralized platform.
- Responsible for leading and coordinating testing of feature enhancement and data integrations within reporting platforms for both the sales and operations teams.
- Developing project plan to upgrade internal reporting platform to add more relevant data based on feedback from sales teams as well as enhanced functionality.
- Worked with a visualization expert and the sales team to develop reporting visuals that would be more easily digestible for the sales team as well as customers.
- Assisted in process creation for the centralized operations team and continuing to refine and enhance the processes as the team grows.
- Coordinating with the training and sales teams to develop training materials relevant to platforms and lead training sessions with local marketing groups.
- Led the training initiative around the launch of Google Analytics 4.
- Assisted in the design of marketing materials and landing pages for internal initiatives.
