Student-Focused
Growth-Minded
Data-Driven
In my current role as a third-grade teacher and instructional coach, I have led initiatives that have driven measurable academic growth—most notably, guiding my class to achieve the highest reading proficiency in our school's history and the second-highest math performance. I have also played a key leadership role school-wide by mentoring aspiring principals, leading professional development sessions, facilitating staff meetings, and designing and implementing a daily intervention block (3:00–3:30 PM) to provide targeted academic support aligned to student data. To build school spirit and community connection, I launched a monthly school fundraiser at a local skating rink that has strengthened family engagement.
Previously, I served as a New Teacher Mentor at Tulsa Legacy Charter School, where I coached first-year teachers in classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional delivery. I also worked as an Instructional Supervisor with Teach for America, where I trained and supported future educators, further deepening my passion for teacher development and instructional leadership.
My leadership style is grounded in collaboration, high expectations, and a relentless belief in the potential of all students. I am passionate about building strong teams, fostering a data-informed culture of learning, and ensuring all stakeholders—students, families, and staff—feel seen, heard, and empowered.
