As customer service area supervisor I have many duties and responsibilities and work in tandem with the store executives for all operations of the building.

• Assist in the interviewing and hiring of new associates as well as orientation and training
• Responsible for opening and closing the building
• Receiving deliveries from outside vendors
• Overseeing daily deposits of funds as well as corporate reconciliation
• Customer service desk duties, returns, payments, as well as any other customer issues
• Supervising point of sale, ringing up customer purchases, even exchanges, and payments
• Supervision of all store staff
