Hello,
My name is Lea, I have a bachelors degree in business management and a masters degree in Data Analytics. I know several programming tool like R and MySQL. I am an expert in excel and all Microsoft office suite. I have experience in visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and Qlik. In my free time, I like to go to the gym, go for walks, and surf when the weather is nice!
I currently work as an HR Analyst and Operations Specialist where I have learnt a lot. I created a compensation tool for the CHRO and CFO that forecasts future spent for the company based on the number of employees we have and the codes they get by the end of their performance review. I also took into consideration the proration for employees who started mid-year.
Same goes for Equity. I have also created an equity tool for the CFO that showcase employees based on their level the amount of equity they get in 5, 10, 15 years using the dropdown menu (their level) and everything will be calculated automatically. I also run all the reporting and clean, manipulate, merge, analyze, and visualize the data to better understand the company's needs and employees' asks.
I assist several department with their data like HR (recruiting, HRBP, Ops), Finance (payroll and fidelity), and all other departments based on what they need. I also perform audits to make sure the data is clean in the system. I am fluent in excel and most of reporting requires excel using lookups and pivot tables.
I got my masters degree from northeastern where I got hand o experience with several programming tools like SQL, MySQLWorkbench, R, Python. I also used different visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, Microsoft BI and Excel. I have also acquired project management and risk analysis skills as my degree focuses on evidence based management.
