I am a hard worker that takes direction well and executes tasks given. My family owns a vineyard and winery in Coloma, MI where I have learned customer service and a sense of urgency and efficiency. I am also creative and enjoy working with youth and conversating with adults.
Soccer Camp Staff at West Ottawa High School For the past two years, I have worked as a camp counselor for a week each summer to help teach soccer to the youth in the community.
I have helped my family with numerous jobs at the winery. I have learned a lot about hospitality and customer service due to their strong desire to create a great experience for their customers. I have taken customers on tours through the vineyard as well as mowing the vineyard.
Some of my duties included; washing and polishing glasses, redeeming online tickets and handling money for scheduled events. I have also assisted in setting up paint & sip classes and ran the non alcoholic beverage stand.
