Leilani Morales

Hi, my name is Leilani, and I’m a student in both high school and trade school. I’m currently studying Medical Assisting at West-MEC because I plan to work in the medical field one day as a pediatric nurse or nurse practitioner. I enjoy working with children and helping others, which is why babysitting is something I’m passionate about.

My schedule is 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM for high school and 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM for West-MEC. I also volunteer at Rosie’s House Music Academy from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM, where I help children ages 3–5 feel comfortable singing, and I take piano lessons from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays. I’m available to work after school hours and on weekends.

I’m CPR certified and have knowledge to handle emergencies thanks to my Medical Assisting trade school training I am currently in. I’m responsible, patient, and caring, and I’m excited to gain more experience working with kids as I continue my education in healthcare

I have experience working with children through volunteering at Rosie’s House Music Academy, where I help kids ages 3–5 feel comfortable singing. I am responsible, patient, and caring, and I have experience assisting and supervising children in group settings.

I am currently a high school Senior student and also attend West-MEC trade school, where I am studying Medical Assisting. Through my training, I am CPR certified and have knowledge to handle emergencies, which helps me ensure that children are safe and well cared for.
