I am very meticulous in the field of logistics regarding property transactions and highly skilled with communications. I have manage over $100,000,000.00 worth of property in Afghanistan multiple tours at the highest level via (Brigade Level). I have great experience in training and mentoring fellow workers with the Command Supply Discipline Program. I have worked 15 years in the United States Army as a logistician. My initial position was a supply clerk at Fort Knox Kentucky and changed duty station to Grafenwoehr, Germany working as a supply sergeant. I deployed to Afghanistan for 12 months managing Lateral Transfers, monthly inventories varying from sensitive items inventories to cyclic inventories. Cyclic inventories are 10% of your annual inventories conducted monthly. I was promoted to Sergeant upon returning from deployment and was on orders to Fort Bliss, Texas where I was a Skilled Level 20 working in Skill Level 30 position proving my worth while preparing for my second deployment to Djibouti, Africa. I was in charge of 2 soldiers teaching and mentoring my company Hand Receipt Holders the importance property accountability from Command Responsibility , Supervisory, Direct, Custodial and Personal responsibility. My additional duties included ordering supplies, communicating effectively, and coordinating with civilians to to ship essential supplies to Kenya so the rest of my company would stay fully capable conducting combat missions. Finally, I received orders for Fort Carson where I continued training under a Master Supply Sergeant and was promoted to Staff Sergeant and was in extensive training for a 2nd deployment to Afghanistan. The training was 2 years where I conducted massive turn-ins of excess property to stream lining all property with all components to the End Item and some Major Components included. The deployment consisted of mainly automation properties while conducting trainings to other logisticians to reduce fraud waste and abuse and have trackers in place to trace all property and transactions. I managed multiple accounts for combined forces which facilitated their essential needs of combat clothing and equipment for Combined Joint Forces foe 9 months.
