I am an Emotional Resilience Strategist, HR Executive, and Speaker dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals lead, perform, and thrive without burning out.
With over a decade of federal HR leadership experience and a background in counseling and ministry, I bridge emotional intelligence, leadership strategy, and personal development to help professionals build unshakable inner strength.
I work with executives, leaders, and purpose-driven professionals who are successful on paper but feel the weight of high expectations behind the scenes. Through coaching, speaking, and transformational experiences, I equip them with practical tools to increase clarity, confidence, and resilience.
My mission is simple: help leaders win internally so they can excel externally.
I am a senior Human Resources professional with over a decade of leadership experience in the federal government, including roles with GSA, SSA, VA, the U.S. Census Bureau, and service in the U.S. Navy. My expertise spans workforce strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, and leadership advisory support.
In addition to my federal HR career, I am an Emotional Resilience Coach and Speaker, working with high-achieving professionals and leaders to strengthen emotional intelligence, executive presence, and sustainable performance. I design and facilitate transformational experiences, executive coaching engagements, and leadership development sessions that equip professionals to lead with clarity and confidence under pressure.
My work bridges corporate leadership, personal development, and strategic growth — helping individuals and organizations perform at a high level without sacrificing well-being.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a completed some graduate-level coursework in Public Administration with a concentration in Governmental Management. I have also will complete a Masters degree Marketing and Digital Marketing to strengthen my expertise in strategic growth, branding, and organizational positioning.
My academic background complements my professional experience by combining leadership theory, government operations, human capital strategy, and business development.
