I am a Bachelor in Informatics and System Engineering graduated in 2003 with many years of experience in different Systems, Roles and Industries. The first years I had the position of Programmer and Analyst and could perform sometimes different roles in a project, leading in some of them. Since 2012 I joined Hewlett Packard as a Business Analyst in Teams related to Production Environment with Oracle products (EBS and PLS/SQL), solving incidents, requests, minor enhancements, unit tests and user acceptant test from the Clients, then I passed to Hewlett-Packard Enterprise in 2014 and started as a EBS Oracle Consultant helping with the operation, resolving incidents, minor development and troubleshooting, creating analysis documentation among others. Finally, in DXC Technology I continued working with EBS Oracle and started with HCM Oracle Cloud HR Core and Talent Management in 2017.
Since 2021 I was promoted to another project where I was still in the Business Analyst Role and as a Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Modules ORC, HR Core and Absence) for Brazilian and Mexican Clients where I was mainly in charge of resolving any incident, requirement and defined it when it was necessary according to the client’s needs, and also working with the Technical Team the Integration issues and improvements. My technical background gives a plus in my profile and I could recently reduce the number of issues and the response time for the resolution helping to comply with the SLA with important clients. (Update: I left DXC in august 2022)
