By coaching team members and the Product Owner, I ensure alignment on goals and priorities while promoting continuous improvement. I also protect the team from distractions, track progress, and create an environment where the team can deliver value efficiently and sustainably.
With seven years of experience as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I have a proven track record of guiding teams and organizations in adopting and thriving with Agile principles and the Scrum framework. I have successfully facilitated Scrum ceremonies, removed impediments, and empowered teams to self-organize and deliver value efficiently. As an Agile Coach, l mentored individuals and leadership in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and adaptability.
