Leonard Henkelman

I am an industrial maintenance mechanic for over 20 years capable of designing and fabricating jigs, fixtures, and gages used to build parts and assemblies for a wide range of production facilities. I also have experience setting up and maintaining machines and conveyances in a production environment.

20 years in several Aerospace roles from sheet metal part production, to shipping and stores, and supervising synchronization production. 8 yrs in railcar manufacturing as a fabricator of jigs, fixtures, and gages used to build railcar. 6 yrs as a maintenance manager for a mineral processing company. 6 yrs as a maintenance mechanic for a automotive parts manufacturer.

I took 4 years of industrial and residential electronics and electricity at the vermilion occupational technical education cooperative. As a requirement of my maintenance position with the automotive parts company I continued E-learning through Ivy technology for 6 more years in the field of industrial maintenance.
