People Operations is "that thing" for me. My career has allowed me to hone that passion though onboarding, L&D, people management, business development and recruiting, and organizational design. I’ve been a part of hyperscale startups to fortune-level organizations and worked with small to enterprise clients.

I truly love rising to a challenge and surprising the people I work alongside with excellence. In my tenure, I’ve trained and helped hundreds of people spanning over a dozen industries (SaaS, IT, Medical Device, Capital Equipment, Marketing, FinTech, SLED, and more) to find the roles that allow them to thrive in their gifting and make companies better -- Financially and culturally. Bottom line?

I aim to leave people and places better than I found them.

I am an Account Executive with 6+ years of experience in Sales, Recruiting, L&D, People Management, and Onboarding. I have Director-level experience in Organizational Development and People Operations for a company of 1000+. I have successfully sold SaaS products and recruited for the SaaS and Medical Sales industries, while leading teams and consistently exceeding my IC quota my entire career.

I currently sell consulting services to Mid-market and Enterprise level organizations while obtaining my Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University of Southern California remotely from Dallas, TX.

I am currently completing my M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Southern California, where I am focused on Enterprise Talent Acquisition and Organizational Culture and Wellbeing Development. I also have a B.A. in Psychology and English from Texas Tech University.
