Candidate Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates, managing expectations, and creating a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to on boarding.
Applicant Tracking & Database Management: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track, update, and maintain candidate records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with recruitment processes.
