Lexie Vaughan

I am an eager and motivated senior at Auburn University pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Finance. I enjoy working with numbers and thinking analytically to get tasks done. I have a passion for building relationships with clients and engaging with customers.

I am a leader who thrives in situations where I can build relationships and utilize my social skills. I am a natural-born leader, competitive, detail-oriented, innovative, driven, and open to new opportunities. I give my all in every aspect of my life.

Because of my personality traits, I am very adaptable to many work environments. I enjoy teamwork but also thrive off self-oriented projects. I believe in a strong work culture, where ideas can be shared freely and developed in team environments with everyone’s input included.

I am grateful for the opportunities I have had so far in my professional development. Being a member of the Harbert College of Business has opened a door for endless entrepreneurial adventures. I value my education, my life goals, and the success of all those I encounter. I hope to gain much more knowledge about the finance and marketing field during my time at Auburn University. This knowledge is something I will forever be thankful for!

As a hardworking student with no professional experience, I am dedicated to my academic pursuits and eager to learn. My commitment to my studies and willingness to take on challenges demonstrates my strong work ethic and determination to succeed. While I may not have formal work experience in the Finance field, my academic achievements, part time jobs, and extracurricular activities showcase my potential and readiness to enter the workforce.

I'm currently studying finance at Auburn University. My coursework covers a wide range of topics, including financial analysis, investments, risk management, and financial modeling. I also take classes in accounting, economics, and business ethics, which give me a well-rounded understanding of financial principles and practices.

I'm excited about the practical experience I'll gain through internships and projects, which will help me apply what I've learned to real-world financial situations. Overall, I believe my education at Auburn University is preparing me for a successful career in finance.
