I am a passionate and driven sports psychology graduate student with a background in exercise science and a minor in biology. My experience as a former collegiate athlete fuels my commitment to enhancing mental health support within athletic environments. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports psychology, where I focus on developing evidence-based mental health programs for athletes.
My goal is to integrate psychological principles into sports to help athletes achieve peak performance while maintaining their mental wellbeing.
I completed an internship with the athletic training department at Davis and Elkins College, gaining hands-on experience in athlete care. Additionally, I completed a sports performance internship with Power Train Sports and Fitneess, focusing on optimizing athlete performance through tailored training programs.
I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in sports psychology at the University of Jyväskylä, specializing in the psychology of physical activity, health, and wellbeing. I am in my second and final year, with a focus on integrating mental health practices into athletic environments
