As a goal-oriented, dedicated and experienced healthcare professional who has been working in healthcare for over eight years now. More so, I have worked as a community support worker for Open Skies Healthcare Organization. After a few months, my position changed to a treatment coordination, working with foster children who are under CYFD custody, I am experience and passionate with what I do as well as providing best care possible to children and their family, and foster parents and help them achieve their treatment goals.
Additionally, with strong interpersonal, mental health and effective communication skills, I easily connect with people and easily adapt in new environment as well. My problem-solving abilities, time management skills, organizing skills, attention to details, etc., allow me to address the diverse needs of the population I serve. I am also able to work effectively under pressure and with very little or without supervision.
