I currently work at Boscov's as a merchandise and stock lead. I put out new merchandise daily and make it look amazing.
Before Boscov's, I worked at the IRS walk in office in Miami, FL. I was essentially a super fixer/customer service representative. The farmer or more involved the tax issue the more fun I had fixing it.
I have a High School diploma, almost 2 years of Community College (accounting courses for the IRS), and years of IRS training in not only tax issues, but customer service training (how to listen and help).
