Currently, I serve as an Administrative Assistant at Towson University Hearing Center, where I manage front-office operations, coordinate patient care logistics, and ensure an efficient and welcoming environment for both clients and clinicians. Prior to this role, I worked as a Patient Access Specialist at Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, where I developed a strong foundation in healthcare systems, patient communication, and administrative accuracy in a fast-paced clinical setting.

My background also includes leadership and service roles outside of healthcare. As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, I honed my ability to lead teams, manage high-volume operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to work as a Club Level Concierge with The Walt Disney Company at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, where I elevated guest experiences through personalized service, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Dance from Cleveland State University, graduating magna cum laude. My academic and artistic training instilled in me discipline, creativity, and a strong work ethic ~ qualities that continue to influence my professional approach.
