Ensure that participants' (individuals with TBI) choices, interests and needs are supported and facilitated when planning and coordinating employment activities.

• Provide case management services to assigned participants.
• Utilize curriculum, assistive technology, and provide accommodations as appropriate for each participant in exploring and engaging in the local community.
