I have over 40 years of childcare experience. I have education with special needs children. I am great with conflict whether it be families or staff members. I’m great with accounting and Procare and have excellent computer skills.
In my career, I’ve only worked in five different organizations. I’ve gone after different certificates such as rising star I hire and I am excellent at dealing with conflict within an organization. I feel like my people skills are excellent.
I have taken on many different educational experiences. I’ve gone after education as far as special needs for different levels and anger management within children, early education and continue to go after many different levels of education to refresh myself yearly.
