Lita Hopkins

I have over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, with the majority of my career spent on patrol and two years in investigations. I have built strong relationships with people and greatly value my friendships. My dogs are my closest companions, and I love taking them on walks around the neighborhood.

I have over 15 years of experience in law enforcement, with the majority of my career spent in patrol, although I also have two years of experience in investigations, specifically as a sex crimes and juvenile detective. I briefly worked as a probation officer for six months before returning to patrol. Throughout my career, I’ve received various types of training and had the opportunity to collaborate with multiple law enforcement agencies during Hurricane Katrina.

I enjoy working as part of a team, having played sports growing up, and I believe you’re never too old to learn.

I have two years college as a.Criminal Justice major.
