- Provide expert consultation related to harm reduction, person-centered addiction supports, and recovery support services.
- Participate through Zoom video conferencing in strategic planning, onboarding sessions, and curriculum planning meetings.
- Participate in ECHO sessions for two cohorts which include pre-meeting and post-meeting debriefs with the Operations and Advisory Panel teams.
- Develop brief didactic presentations and present on live sessions as requested.
- Review and return to JSI case recommendations within 3 business days of receipt as requested.
- Participate in Advisory/Quality Improvement Group meetings via Zoom video conferencing.
- Provide and track individualized TA to ECHO participants as identified by Operations and Advisory Panel teams.
- Complete annual Advisory Panel evaluation survey.
- Complete Year 5 Advisory Panel interview.
- Encourage and facilitate the development of a learning community among treatment and recovery professionals.
- Work collaboratively and provide respectful and supportive constructive feedback to the multidisciplinary participants and Advisory Panel in order to facilitate shared learning and knowledge transfer.
Director of Education and Technical Assistance - NH Harm Reduction Coalition

Create and implement educational programs focused on harm reduction strategies, substance use, overdose prevention, safer drug practices, and related topics.
- Design and develop curriculum materials such as training sessions, presentations, and educational resources for diverse audiences including clients, staff, the public, community partners, and policymakers.
- Host training sessions for staff members, volunteers, community members, stakeholders, and other professionals to enhance their understanding of harm reduction principles and practices.
- Develop evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of educational programs and initiatives.
- Cultivate relationships with local, state, and national stakeholders, including government agencies, advocacy groups, healthcare providers, and academic institutions. Collaborate on joint initiatives, advocacy campaigns, and resource-sharing efforts to advance harm reduction goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Narcan training programs for diverse audiences, including community members, healthcare professionals, and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure training materials are up-to-date, culturally competent, and accessible to all.
- Lead efforts to onboard new communities interested in harm reduction practices.
- Provide guidance and support to community leaders, organizations, and individuals looking to establish harm reduction programs and overdose prevention initiatives.
- Collaborate with existing SSPs and harm reduction programs to enhance care coordination efforts. Facilitate partnerships between healthcare providers, social services agencies, and community-based organizations to improve access to comprehensive care for individuals affected by substance use.
- Provide technical assistance and consultation to organizations and agencies seeking to strengthen their harm reduction services.
COVID Vaccine Pathway Coordinator - NH Harm Reduction Coalition

- Responsible for identifying and building more equitable pathways to vaccines for PWUD in the state of NH through funding from AIDS United and NASTAD.
- Working with each region of the state to identify barriers for vaccination and provide adequate education on the topic to PWUD.
- Setting up vaccine clinics with various partners throughout the state and creating pathways to get a vaccine at secondary times and locations.
Care Coordinator - NH Harm Reduction Coalition

- Responsible for identifying, engaging, and building supportive and strengths-based relationships with participants, or potential participants of the Queen City and Concord Area Syringe Services Program of NHHRC. Run day to day operations of weekly syringe service program outreach.
- Facilitate referrals, navigation and linkage to services and supports to meet the self identified needs of program participants.
- Engage in community street outreach with other collaborative organizations. In working with other organizations through the role to best support clients needs and advocate for what they desire out of programs they are engaged with.
- Support and educate other organizations that want to adopt harm reduction principles and act as a contact point for any information they may need when working with PWUD.

I was responsible for all youth groups with Amnesty International in the state of NH. I helped them organize protests, put together campaigns and kept track of the activities they were running. I attended regional and national training for human rights as a coordinator with the organization.
