I've had the great opportunity of being a Physical Therapist assistant for the past 30 years. I have worked in many different environments which include home health, hospital, out patient therapy, SNF, and have been a traveling therapist and contract therapist. I have always loved helping people and improve their quality of life.

I am very compassionate toward my patients and their needs and am continually reassess their needs and working toward the goals set by the physical therapist. Communication between the PT and PTA to me is very important and it is key to keep the PT informed and up-to-date on pt's progress and concerns. I am highly skilled at providing relief from pain through manual therapy, exercises and stretches, setting up home exercise program and teaching the patient and family proper techniques, and I bring a positive attitude to encourage patients to do their best and to build on it.

• Direct patient care at outpatient facility.
• Presenter in orientation for teaching back safety and proper body mechanics for new employees.
