Registered Marriage & Family Therapist with a systemic, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to clinical care. Experienced in individual and group counseling, treatment planning, assessment, crisis intervention, emotional regulation, addiction recovery, grief and loss, and trauma-informed support. I have much experience supporting children, adolescents, individuals, and families. Recent roles include Clinical Intern and Program Coordinator, providing individual and group support, facilitating therapeutic activities and groups, assisting with treatment planning and documentation, coordinating referrals, and using trauma-informed and de-escalation approaches. Experienced in supporting clients navigating trauma, grief, substance use, emotional regulation, and family dynamics, while maintaining HIPAA, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
