About

I'm a senior consultant with over 20 years of experience as an instructional designer and trainer. I design and develop step-by-step procedural SOPs, user guides, and interactive eLearning using industry-leading authoring tools, grounded in adult learning theory. I partner with clients, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions that support the organization's needs and align with its strategic goals.

I build these partnerships by asking the right questions and developing strong working relationships with SMEs to uncover what the content truly needs to address. I also support clients through implementation and transformation projects. My approach to eLearning centers on active learning that delivers strong ROI.

That means analyzing human performance, recommending and building creative training solutions, and evaluating the training's impact on both learners and the business. I consistently deliver high-quality work on schedule.
