I am a customer-focused professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service, sales, and front desk operations. Throughout my career, I have developed strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences, and a talent for creating positive, memorable experiences. My experience working in hotel and KOA campground front desk positions has strengthened my ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.

In addition to my professional experience, I am a content creator developing my brand, Venom & Velvet, where I create engaging digital content and continue to grow my skills in storytelling, audience engagement, and media production. I am passionate about connecting with people, whether through one-on-one interactions or broader audience platforms.
