I am a 60 years old female, with over 15 years experience in the administrative field and 15 years of foodservice management. Recently, I worked as a Career Development Counselor, and a life insurance agent.
My recent role, as a Career Development Counselor, consisted of assisting students with career assessment avenues to further their career goals. This included the WIN assessment, OSHA 10 assessment, ASVAB testing and Work-based learning opportunities. Career fair events were organized and hosted numerous times, as well as one-on-one sessions with the students and career related trips.
