Procedure

Employees in the clinics I managed it was my responsible to hire/fire as needed. Maintained security of clinics and enforced all protocol that come down form corporate offices. My growth was from the upstart of CPS, working with contractors from ground up as clinics were built, equipped and staffed. Assisted in procuring staff for all sectors of clinics, work with State Licensing for fluoroscope, getting CLIA for Labs and clinics, and managed up to 11 (eleven) clinics with travel from 800 plus miles Monday through Thursday and working from home on Friday.
