Took on leadership for gut renovation of a vacant 25-story high-rise $130M office building in NYC's financial district that had suffered extensive damage during Hurricane Sandy in 2012. Direct a team of ~150 Construction managers and various trades subcontractors on behalf of JV ownership. Analyze construction documents and scope of work, as well as reviewing already-completed work.

Build relationships with ownership, construction managers, and design/engineering professional teams. Trained in use and operation of Oracle Primavera's Earned value management program.

• Partnered in Fast tracking of the renovation project with only 30 days to study the plans and scope to adjust scope to current market trends and values.

• Led the renovation and restoration of a historic building (previously a Courthouse building) in the Bronx, NY (130K SF, $75M) leased by Success Academy.
