I was privileged to serve an 18 month Mission of service for my Church in Arkansas and Missouri. This allowed me to build unique skills in community engagement and public relations as well as serving those around me in all situations. In this immersive role, I was required to adapt to new situations daily, a skill that I hope to apply in a fast-paced work environment such as the medical field. • Learned and applied patient communication skills ensuring they had all their questions answered and that they were ready for the doctor.
• Performed tasks such as preparing patients to see the doctor, getting vitals and performing ekgs, making phone calls to schedule, working in a quick manner, working with other medical assistants to complete all of our tasks, restocking shelves, cleaning the building, supporting the doctors and midlevels, and managing paperwork.

• Performed tasks such as managing the floor and doing sales, organizing shelves and restocking, working the cashier, filling online orders, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Family buisness at Turo Car Rentals (2021-01 – Present)

• Learned and applied correct procedures to effectively maintain and prepare vehicles for rent. Tasks include washing and properly sanitizing vehicles, fueling and oil changes, taking and inputting photos, vehicle deliveries, and communicating necessary customer data and information.
• Followed all company policies and procedures to deliver quality work.
• Manage driver(s) expectations throughout their rental period.
