Born and raised in Sonora mexico I have worked in hotels, franchises and independent restaurants of all sorts of cuisne. Going from fast food, to banquets in hotels to now helping run one of the most recognized restaurants in in Arizona . I helped open Course restaurants as a Sous Chef/ Chef de cuisne helping define the system in place and stabling à working systems for the back of the house .
