Luke Bagnaschi

Motivated restaurant professional with food and beverage experience in fine dining, casual fine dining and most recently Michelin Star Restaurant. My primary area of expertise has been in Korean and American steakhouses and fine dining American cuisine. I am dedicated to ensuring the guests have a unique and amazing experience through, hardworking, anticipating the customer’s needs, as well as being extremely detail oriented and have impeccable people and sales skills.

Currently I am holding 2 positions, one at Cote and one as an EMT for NYC through NYU Hospital.

Over 10 years of hospitality experience, focusing on American and Korean steakhouses and other fine dining establishments

• Grilling, managing, and delegating tasks within the section and restaurant 
• Food, wine and cocktail expertise 
• Ensuring the guests have a one-of-a-kind experience which includes table grilling and presentation

• Reviewing, editing and composing new training material with senior management
• Outside Dining Captain- Responsible for maintenance, upkeep and weekly building checks. Ensuring the outdoor dining experience is as similar to indoor dining while providing a unique feel to the experience.
